Die Macher von You Need a Budget (YNAB) bereiten das Programm nur für Windows und OSX vor.
Es ist nicht vorgesehen YNAB auf auf Linux zu verwenden, aber es funktioniert auch unter Linux.
Hier sind die nötigen Schritte beschrieben:
Step 1: Download YNAB 4 installation package
Step 2: Use the Ubuntu Software Center to install "wine"
Step 3: Right-click the previously saved YNAB installer and select "Open With / Wine Windows Program Loader"
Step 4: Install YNAB (leave “Create desktop icon” checked)
Step 5: Open your home folder. Use CTRL+H to reveal hidden files/folders.
Step 6: Navigate to ~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs/YNAB 4
Step 7: Delete the contents of the YNAB folder.
Step 8: Move the newly created YNAB 4 desktop icon into the YNAB folder.
Now you can launch YNAB from dash and lock it to the launcher.
